HOW TO USE

Apply nightly and start with a clean, dry face. Use one dip of serum swipe the flatter side of the applicator to coat the entire brow area. Use one dip of serum angle the pointed tip to apply along the top lash line. Avoid the inner corner, waterline, and bottom lashes (upper application has the lower covered). Wait 1-2 min for the serum to dry. Do not apply makeup immediately after or skip days…that’ll just delay your full, fluffy results.
